All of our maintenance services are recommended to ensure the best care for your property.  You may also customize your landscape maintenance program by selecting from the following quality services:

SPRING CLEAN-UP:  Our thorough spring clean-up clears out the elements of winter and prepares your lawn for a healthy growing season

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE:  This program includes: lawn cutting, edging, trimming and blowing off walks, patios and driveways

FERTILIZER PROGRAM:  Our basic program includes 6 steps with applications from April through November

CORE AERATION:  An excellent benefit that is highly recommended for a healthy lawn

SHRUB TRIMMING:  Performed during July and August

TOP SOIL & SEEDING:  We use only fine screened high quality top soil and premium grass seeds

SOD:  We install premium bluegrass sod or fine fescue sod which is good for partially shaded areas

MULCH:  We will apply the mulch of your choice

LEAF CLEAN-UP:  During the fall we will clean up your leaves as needed

FALL CLEAN-UP:  A thorough final clean-up includes: blowing leaves from all lawn areas, beds and paved areas, branches and debris removal

FLOWER PLANTING:  Contact us to plant your annuals and/or perennials to enhance the beauty of your property
